This level of service is best suited for clients who want an exceptional custom home design but only require the most basic level of details.
Builders and those experienced with major construction projects.

NEW CUSTOM HOMES
5% of the anticipated construction costs OR (5.5$/Square foot)
RENOVATION & ADDITION
7% of the anticipated construction costs OR (10.00$/Square foot)

This level of service is best suited for clients who want an exceptional custom home design, who appreciate good design, who want help selecting fixtures and finishes, and who want a well-designed and detailed home inside and out.

NEW CUSTOM HOMES
6-8% of the anticipated construction costs OR (10.5$/Square foot)
RENOVATION & ADDITION
10% of the anticipated construction costs OR (12.00$/Square foot)

This level of service is best suited for clients who want an exceptional custom home design on a one-of-a-kind site. a home where attention to detail is paramount and where no detail is left unresolved.

Each project is different and has it’s own unique challenges. The percentage costs listed are approximate and for initial discussions only. Actual architectural fees will be based upon size, complexity and schedule of each project.
Expectations need to be discussed and evaluated. The lowest cost is not always the best solution, especially for those who have never undertaken a major construction project. It is quicker and much less expensive to explore design options on paper than it is during construction.
